With decades of combined experience in workforce development, manufacturing, and employer engagement, Sherpa Management Solutions helps organizations design and scale effective Registered Apprenticeship programs. Founders Scott and Teri bring trusted, real-world expertise and frequently partner with nonprofits to deliver credible, results-driven support across the U.S.

For the past 10 years, Scott has supported employers to build work-based learning that has helped them to grow a more skilled workforce. In 2021, Teri joined Sherpa and brought her extensive marketing and sales experience to the team. Together, as Sherpa Management Solutions (Sherpa), they have provided support to scores of employers across the US to create and implement highly successful Registered Apprenticeship programs. They continue to provide ongoing assistance and growth opportunities for many of these organizations on a regular basis.

With Scott’s nearly 30 years of experience in Manufacturing and Teri’s 25+ years in multiple industries including healthcare, hospitality and direct B2B sales, the Sherpa team brings extensive skills as employers that directly relate to the needs of their clients. Frequently, the Sherpa team subcontracts with key not-for-profit organizations to provide the needed expertise to effectively engage and successfully support employers.
